If the Google Cast function of the Android TV does not work after doing the troubleshooting above, check these settings to make sure the Google Cast app is not disabled in the Android TV.
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps in the TV category.
- Under the Apps, select System app.
- Under the System app, select Google Cast Receiver.
- Set it to Enable.
