Significant audio-video lip-sync delay when listening via a Bluetooth device

    When the A/V Sync is set to Off, audio output delay may occur due to limitations of Bluetooth devices using the A2DP profile.
    Follow the steps below to activate the A/V Sync.

    1. Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control.
    2. Select Settings → Display & Sound → Audio output → Audio system settings → A/V sync.
    3. Select On.

    Note: If you are using Multi-View or Game Mode, you cannot activate A/V Sync due to system limitations.
    Therefore, we recommend using the TV speakers or wired devices (connected via HDMI cable/digital optical cable) for audio output.
