Notice Regarding Incorrect Display of Hearing devices settings Menu for Xperia 10 V and Xperia 10 VI

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and use of Xperia products.

It has come to our attention that after upgrading to Android 15, the Hearing devices settings menu is incorrectly displayed within the settings menu of the Xperia 10 V and Xperia 10 VI smartphone. As this product does not support Android Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA), you will not be able to pair with hearing aid devices even if you configure the settings from the Hearing devices settings menu.

In response, we will be implementing a software update to remove the Hearing devices settings menu. We kindly ask customers who own the affected Xperia products to update to the latest software and continue using your devices. The release timing of the software may vary depending on your carrier.
