I cannot update my gaming headphones via the INZONE Hub PC app

    Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Confirm that the gaming headphones are fully charged.
      Hint: For details on checking the remaining battery charge, refer to the Help Guide for each model.
    2. Confirm that your computer has a supported operating system.
      Hint: For details about supported operating systems, refer to the INZONE Hub software download page.
    3. Close all other apps except for the INZONE Hub software, and try the update again.
    4. Restart the computer.
    5. Disconnect the USB transceiver, and reconnect it.
    6. Reset the gaming headphones:
    7. Initialize the gaming headphones:
      Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted.
    8. Uninstall and reinstall the INZONE Hub software from the INZONE Hub software download page.
      Note: Some settings may return to the default when reinstalling the app.
    9. Create a new user account on your Windows computer, sign in using the account, and try the update again.
      Note: Use an administrator account when creating a new account and updating the INZONE Hub software.
