I cannot update my gaming headphones via the INZONE Hub PC app
Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:
- Confirm that the gaming headphones are fully charged.
Hint: For details on checking the remaining battery charge, refer to the Help Guide for each model. - Confirm that your computer has a supported operating system.
Hint: For details about supported operating systems, refer to the INZONE Hub software download page. - Close all other apps except for the INZONE Hub software, and try the update again.
- Restart the computer.
- Disconnect the USB transceiver, and reconnect it.
- Reset the gaming headphones:
- Initialize the gaming headphones:
Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted.
