Availability of multimedia control buttons on TX series VAIO computers in Windows® XP.
Multimedia control buttons on TX series VAIO computers are designed for Instant Mode to control CD/DVD playback. They are also available in Windows® XP. Users can control DVD playback by multimedia control buttons.
Note:
It is confirmed that the following applications can use multimedia control buttons.
* VAIO Zone
* SonicStage
* WinDVD
* Windows Media Player
Only InstantON and VAIO Zone supports Fast Forward/Fast Rewind through prolong pressing of Previous Track/Next Track.
Sony does NOT guarantee that all programs can use Instant Mode buttons.
