The INZONE headphones cannot connect to the computer or PlayStation®5 (INZONE H9 II)
Check the following:
If the headphones cannot connect to the device using a USB transceiver
- Make sure the headphones and device are turned on.
- Switch the slide switch of the USB transceiver to PC or OTHER according to the connected device.
- Make sure the transceiver is firmly inserted.
- If the headphones are connected to a computer, disconnect the transceiver from the USB port, and reconnect it to another port.
- Follow the steps below to perform pairing again with the transceiver:
- Press and hold the connect button on the USB transceiver and the
(power) button on the headphones for about 5 seconds or more.
After the headphones enter the pairing mode, a notification sound is heard from the headphones, and the connection indicator on the USB transceiver and the power indicator on the headphones flashes twice alternately. Then you will hear a voice guidance say Pairing.
After the pairing is complete, a notification sound is heard from the headphones, and the connection indicator on the USB transceiver lights up in white.
- Press and hold the connect button on the USB transceiver and the
- Restart your computer, PS5™, or USB Type-C compatible smartphone, and reconnect it to the USB transceiver.
- Depending on your USB Type-C compatible smartphone, you may need to complete some settings to connect with the USB transceiver.
Hint: The name of the settings displayed on the connected smartphone may vary depending on the connected smartphone (e.g., Detect USB device or Enable USB On-The-Go connection). For details, refer to the operating instructions of the smartphone. -
If the issue is still not resolved, try the following:
- Turn off the connected device (computer, PS5, or USB Type-C compatible smartphone).
- Disconnect the USB transceiver, and reconnect it.
- Turn off the connected device.
- Reset the headphones.
For details, refer to the Resetting the headset. - Initialize the headphones.
Notes:- Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings, and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted. Perform the Bluetooth pairing again.

If the headphones cannot connect to the device via Bluetooth
- Make sure the headphones and Bluetooth device are turned on.
- When playing music, if the Bluetooth profile is set to HFP (Hands-free Profile) or HSP (Headset Profile), switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP by operating the connected device.
- Adjust the volume on the connected device. If the volume is too low, turn it up.
- Make sure the connected device is playing music.
- Reconnect the device and the headphones again.
- Pair the device and headphones via Bluetooth again.
- Restart the Bluetooth device.
- Reset the headphones.

Notes:
- Connecting the headphones to a television is not covered by the warranty.
- If the volume is set low on the connected device, the volume may not increase as expected. If this is the case, turn up the volume on the connected device.
