    Transferring images to a computer

    Transferring images by inserting a memory card into the computer
    Insert the memory card into the memory card slot of the computer.
    Transferring images over a USB connection between the camera and computer
    Use a cable that complies with the USB standard.
    Turn the camera on and connect it to the computer with a USB cable.
    When USB Connection Mode options are displayed on the camera, select Image Transfer (MSC).

    Folder tree

    After the camera or memory card is recognized by the computer, open the folder and copy the images to your preferred location on the computer.
    When you open the camera or memory card, two folders will be displayed: DCIM and PRIVATE.

    Still images

    The DCIM folder contains still images.

    Extensions and file types
    .JPG: JPEG images
    .ARW: RAW images
    .HIF: HEIF images

    Movies

    Open the M4ROOT folder in the PRIVATE folder.

    The CLIP folder contains movies such as XAVC S.
    If proxy movies have been recorded, they are contained in the SUB folder.
    The movie extension is .MP4.
