Setting procedure
-
MENU →
(Shooting) → Image Quality/Rec →
File Format → desired setting.

The aspect ratio for RAW images will always be 3:2. When selecting RAW & JPEG/RAW & HEIF, the JPEG or HEIF image will be recorded with the value set in Aspect Ratio.
-
MENU →
(Shooting) → Image Quality/Rec → RAW File Type → desired setting.
Consider using a high-capacity memory card when you are shooting RAW images, which have a large file size.
Lossless Comp files are smaller than Uncompressed files, and Compressed files are about half the size of Uncompressed files. For details, refer to the Help Guide.

Two folders are displayed, named DCIM and PRIVATE.
-
The DCIM folder contains still images, with the file extension .ARW identifying RAW images.
-
-
Copy the images to your preferred location on the computer.
-
Movies are stored in the M4ROOT folder, within the PRIVATE folder.
