360 Spatial Sound Personalizer

Follow the instructions on this page to confirm whether or not you are signed in with a Sony account.

1. Open the 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer app and tap (Menu icon) at top right.
   
2. Check to see if Account is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
   • Account is displayed.

     You are already using the 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer app with your Sony account, so no action is needed.
     

   • Account is not displayed.

     You are not signed in.

     Tap NEXT to display the sign in screen and use the ID you were using previously (either a Sony account ID or an Amazon, Apple, Facebook, or Google ID) to sign in.

     • If you select an Amazon, Apple, Facebook, or Google ID, migration to your Sony account begins. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the migration procedure.
     • If you are not sure which account you were using to sign in, first try signing in with your Sony account on the sign-in screen. You can also refer to the article If you don't know which account you are signed in with.
