Troubleshoot Bluetooth device connection issues with Android TVs (X74 / X75 series)

    The steps to troubleshoot Bluetooth® connection issues that may occur between your audio device and Android TV™ will depend on the symptom. Follow the troubleshooting steps provided for the symptom you are experiencing.

    No sound from the audio device when connected to the TV through Bluetooth.

    Sound distortion or the audio isn't synchronized (Lip-Sync).

    Can't change the soundbar volume with the TV remote control.
