    Q1. The currently playing song is not highlighted on the list screen of USB.
    A1. The currently playing song is not highlighted on the list screen of USB due to the specifications of the unit.
    NOTE: The currently playing song is highlighted on USB1.

    Q2. The contents are displayed in a different order when I insert the same USB memory into USB1 and USB2.
    A2. USB1 and USB2 can recognize different contents, so even if you insert the same USB memory into USB1 and USB2, the order of the contents may differ.
    NOTE: This unit has no option to change how contents are sorted.

    Q3. I cannot play video or audio contents on USB.
    A3. There may be contents on the USB memory in a format not supported by the unit. When the unit attempts to play contents that are not supported, this affects the next playback contents as well. Try deleting the unsupported contents before playing again. See the unit's operating instructions for the USB formats supported by the unit.
    NOTE: Video playback is not possible with USB2 because it does not support video contents.
