What should I do If I lose the charging case or one side of the Truly Wireless Headphones?

Can I buy the charging case or only one side of the headphones?

    IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.

    • For the WF-1000XM4 or WF-SP800N: The two sides of the headphones are all pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other, such as one-touch connection. These settings can only be configured at the Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you cannot simply replace one missing part.
      Note: The Charging Case is available as a replacement part.
    • For other Truly Wireless headphones: The two sides of the headphones and the charging case are all pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other, such as one-touch connection. These settings can only be configured at the Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you cannot simply replace one missing part.

      If you lose the charging case or one side of the headphones, please send the remaining items to the Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be acquired and reset with the remaining components.

    Note: The warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or missing items.
