Q: Cannot create a group.
A:

  1. Check if the device is compatible with Music Center(SongPal).

Q: The group created last time has been removed.
A:  Establish a network connection, then try to create a group. A created group will be deleted after a group playback.
   Create a group with Music Center(SongPal) each time you play back.
    How to create a Multi-room group of audio devices using Music Center(SongPal)?

 

Q: A group name edited with Music Center(SongPal) is not displayed in Windows Media Player.
A: DLNA applications that are not compatible with multi-room group playback do not display any group names and do not play back any groups.To perform group playback with a PC, use the latest version of Media Go.



Q: After creating a group with Music Center(SongPal), when trying to perform Cast, devices are separately displayed on the Cast application for a while.
A: It is affected by the cache of Music Center(SongPal). Clear the cache of Music Center(SongPal) before creating a group with it.
     NOTE: The cache clear procedure varies depending on your mobile device.



Q: When trying to play back on Media Go, nothing is displayed but groups.
A: To play back individually with Media Go, disband groups using Music Center(SongPal).
    NOTE: To disband a group using Music Center(SongPal), press and hold the icon to move to the outside.
