FAQ to cease update service for CONNECT Player

This section contains some basic questions and answers with regards to the cease of update service for CONNECT Player.

1. Do you have a plan to release the new version of CONNECT Player?
   No, we don’t.
   
2. Do users have to stop using CONNECT Player?
   No, they can use CONNECT Player continuously, but they will not be able to use auto update function.
3. Are there any problems when transiting to Sonic Stage CP?
   We have announced the procedure to transit from CONNECT Player to Sonic Stage CP in July 2006, and we have not received any problems on this. Please click here for the procedures.
4. If customers get the used products(NW-A3000/A1000/A600), how can they get the software?
   Please download Sonic Stage CP.
