I really like the tv. The screen was so bright and good

I bought this last month, as usual Sony TV never disappoint, with Sony's characteristic soft color plus sufficient features.

I like the picture quality and I am happy with my purchase

Been using it for more than a month and satisfied with the unit

suddenly my tv got line thin black line horizontaly in the middle of the screen...

Clear. Good. 4k resolution nice. Recommended home user

I am not happy with my purchase as it always hangs whether I am watching Netflix or even switching off the TV entirely. Many times, I have to power off and on from the main switch.

I have this product because i won from some competition for watching movies. I am happy and exited for the product cause have all the feautures trending now and great pictures.

I just use this TV for a less than 2 months but suddenly the screen blacked out, I don't know why I used to love Sony that much, but this kind of thing really disappoint me

X75K definitely a big upgrade for my old 40" FHD TV. This one is louder with faster interface. Wish I had gotten a larger screen.

Happy with my Google TV.This is my first google tv and it goes so well with my playstation as well as the sound system.

Simple to use especially for seniors with the basic mode function. Relatively easy to navigate with getting confused or lost after multiple clicks. Colour and screen is easy on the eyes after long hours of viewing. Some smart feature such as the auto sensor off and time.

I BOUGHT A MONTH AGO AND IN GOOD CONDITION AND WORTH IT

I bought this after my LG smart tv died. Comparing the two, I’d say the picture quality is about the same (they’re both average), but the sound quality/ projection is poorer. I also found the TV response is slow when a button is pressed. If you have the budget, you may skip this model and go for something better. The reason I bought a Sony this time is because the previous one before LG lasted for yonks so I’m hoping that this one will too

I bought the tv 3 weeks back. Purchase was done quickly. When we bring back home for testing, the pendrive port wasn't detecting and I cannot watch anything on pendrive. Then I tried on Google tv also browser pop ups were not opening. I called Sony customer service but no reply at all till 3 weeks. I'm upset and a frustrated customer. Worst purchase ever made in my life as your customer after sales service is the worst and biggest nightmare for all customers.

Bought this 2 weeks ago. Overall experience is good. The display is outstanding. The sound is average. Sometimes lagging when changing apps.

previously i owned a smart tv and this is the first time i use google tv, i noticed the google tv is a bit delay compared to smart tv. i think its maybe due to the apps installed inside the tv. but since i bought it on cheaper price, then it is what it is.

Great Picture Quality, vivid Color, sharp with solid sound. Google TV with simple and user friendly interface. Trusted Brand and using various Sony's TV since 1990.

I have been watching Sony TV from the time I was a kid in 80's till today and have never switched to any brand. I also owned other Sony products from mini-hifi, Walkman to earphones. In those 40 years Sony provided great quality and surprises even with their entry level products. However this TV failed to impress with its poor picture quality. One example is it can't handle brighter white and so resulting in an ugly display. My previous Sony TV KLV40R452 bought 10 years ago is much pleasant to watch although it was not a smart 4K TV. I feel this new TV I bought is a downgrade from my previous model.

Good picture quality, google interface works flawlessly and good playing game.

It was a last minute buy and I'm glad I did. Great picture quality. Ease of use. My few disappointments: it doesn't support whatsapp app, and Gmail accounts, and I have a hard time trying to find a suitable Web browser.

2 months enjoying this tv makes me see the world much much better, wider n sharper pictures. Android system makes me connect to the other side of environment

Bought and used it for around 1 month now, overall quality is good, built in google feature make searching more easy. The only downside is sometimes laggy when open setting for configuration

Great 4K quality video, and Voice but its alittle bit tricky for sound using optical cable. I have to manage the balance between the voice from tv and my soundbar.

So far no issue related to display..quality picture very good in 4k res

always been a sony 1st choice for tv & mini hi-fi way back in the 90s. so purchasing a google sony tv satisfy my preference.most importantly the service after sales where their service centre have been reliably in addressing issue with regard to my sony items in the past & its conveniently located near my home.

Bought new in April. Paired it with HT-S400 soundbar. Perfect combination. Google TV OS makes it better.

The TV is great for the good price I got from Lazada's Sony Lazmall on 6.6 sale. The colours are vibrant and video is sharp and everything works just fine. The delivery was a little delayed but the delivery man did have his company called me up to inform. The setup was smooth. The only one issue I had was with the warranty registration. Having bought it from Sony Lazmall on Lazada, I thought it would b a local set. The delivery man also informed me to register the warranty online using information on the box. When I tried, it kept failing saying the serial number doesn't match the TV model. I contacted Sony Lazmall using Lazada's chat and was told to call Sony Customer service. When I contacted Sony Customer Service, I was told that even if I bought from Sony Lazmall does not guarantee it is a local set. I was totally shocked! In the end, customer service promised to check the issue for me and finally emailed me a day later to say the serial number has been updated and I could go ahead to do the online warranty registration. I feedback this via the review on Sony Lazmall on Lazada but my review being not 5 stars is been hidden from public view.

Bought it, installed it in my room and within hours, couldnt connect to the wifi. I have an extender in living room and fibre optic main. Had to get a firestick to use it exclusively. A smart tv that isn't that smart. As it stands, it is inferior to my 32" sony bravia I got about a decade ago. Shame on me, I didnt do my research. If I had I would have known this was a common problem plaguing the sony tv lines with no respite. I was going off of nostalgia of having a good 10 year old sony bravia that never gave problems. Yes, picture quality and sound quality is good. But so what? cant connect to wifi, the niche it is supposed to be known for.
