Accessibility and its intuitive features are top notch. All in all the product is best value for money.

I bought this TV probably a month ago. The product is really worth every ringgit that I spent. The quality of the 4K Ultra HD is really amazing and very clear.

The tv doesn"t remenber the last user interface. It always goes on to the home page each time I switch on the TV. This is quite annoying to manually switch to the HDMI every time.

I bought amount ago, lucky i didn't choosed another brand

I bought the TV on 1/5/2022 and the salesman informed me that I get a extended warranty to 5 years. But I did not received any documentation tru email regarding that extended warranty. I bought that TV from SONY Centre in Vivacity, Kuching, Sarawak. I need that documentation for proof of purchasing this TV and extenden warranty.

I bought his TV in April. Image quality is sharp, sound quality is acceptable. Downside is the Android apps which slow to connect to Youtube thru home WiFI.. It is irritating to keep waiting for few minutes.

1.It seem like sometimes it would take a long while to start up before it can accept command. It got worse after updates. 2.Connection with house WiFi seem to be difficult although router is just nearby and having strong signal.

Bought a month colour looks great , sounds okay , price a little on the higher side & controllers are good but the plug though why is it 2 pin instead of UK pin

I love everything about the picture features, but the sound features were just meh. I have to increase the volume up until 60+ just to hear clearly.

Like the model for its sounds and pictures quality. Sony has always been my first choice whenever I need to replace my household appliances.

Got this TV for about 1 month, the picture and sound quality is ok. Viewing angle is about 20 to 30 degrees. Connect to Internet or YouTube is pretty fast (compared to my previous Philips). Need time to test the reliability.

Inferior receiver of WI-FI. Not prestigious compared to such older models as 8000g etc. Tv stands are small and not luxurious. Tv lighting is too small.

I have trusted and used Sony products in the past and this TV does not disappoint. The combination of Smart TV technology with exemplary Sony video and audio make for a 'just what I wanted and needed' product. It has adequate input flexibility and the built-in apps are what I use on a daily basis.

Bought this and almost a month. So far all is good but occasionally audio will be choppy. Need to restart the TV and happen a 3-5times since usage

The television has excellent colour quality and images look more natural compared to other products in the market.

I bought this TV so that I can maximize to use Astro Ultra box features such as UHD, HD channels and streaming apps such Disney Hotstar + and HBO Go (can be downloaded by using Play Store).
