How to check your Model and Serial Number

The are two methods to check the LCD TV Model and Serial Number.

Method 1 is to check via the TV menu.

1. Power on the TV set and press the HOME button on the Remote Commander to display the Home Menu.

2. Navigate to the Product Support from Settings category and press OK to select it.


3. Navigate to System Information and select it.


4. The  Model and Serial Number is shown as below.

Method 2 is to check the service sticker at the back of your product. Refer to below illustration.
