Windows USB Driver Compatibility Chart For Digital Imaging Devices

*1 USB mass storage driver is used to transfer the data in the Memory Stick. It can also be used for other media, such as CF card in DSC-F828, if the product has the applicable slot.
*2 USB streaming driver is used to transfer the data in the tape. It can also be used for webcam function.
*3 Supported by the driver originally included in the Operating System itself.
*4 Need to uninstall the bundled driver if transferring the data in Memory Stick or DVD using other NLE (non-linear editing) softwares that are not bundled.
*5 Picture Motion Browser Ver.4.3.03 is available as an alternative to Picture Package software for compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista operating system.
*6 Picture Motion Browser Ver.4.3.02 is available as an alternative to ImageMixer software for compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista operating system.
*7 The bundled software is not available for download. If you have lost or misplace the supplied CD, please contact the local Sony office for support.
*8 64-bit version of Windows XP is not supported.
*9 64-bit / Starter version of Windows Vista is not supported.

Note:
- CD Mavica series are NOT supported by this driver.
- DV streaming function in DCR-PC1000/E is NOT supported by this driver.
- For transferring pictures from the Camcorder (Memory Stick)

your computer via USB. Users do not need to install a driver in Mac OS
10.x.
- Linux Operating System is not supported.
