Sony Corporation Executive Appointment

Sony Corporation today announced the following executive appointment in order to accelerate its digital strategy across the entire Sony Group.

Effective April 1, 2021

Executive Vice President

(New): Officer in charge of Digital Transformation Strategy, Information Systems and Information Security

(Current): Officer in charge of Digital Transformation Strategy
Deputy President, Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC
Representative Director and Deputy President,
Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.

Tsuyoshi Kodera will report to Hiroki Totoki, Executive Deputy President and CFO, Representative Corporate Executive Officer.
