Deleting data

  1. Selecting files/folders you want to delete on the data list screen.
  2. Tap (Delete).
  3. When the [Confirm delete] screen is displayed, tap [Yes].

    Deletion of the file/folder starts.

    When the deletion is complete, the screen returns to the data list screen.

Note

  • Depending on the communication environment you use, deleting may take time or may stop before it completes.
  • If you turn off the unit or remove a storage device while it is being accessed, data in the storage device may be damaged.
  • Do not change the device　connections, such as connection to a computer or connection to a USB AC adaptor, while deleting.
  • Data cannot be deleted from a write-protected storage device. Make sure your storage device is writable before you use it.
