I used to be extremely inactive. It wasn't until when I left home for college, that I had to be independent. Living on your own, not knowing how to cook, eating out constantly, sleeping late and just not really caring about my health led me to put on some weight. When I was introduced to the gym, I wanted to learn everything I could in order to improve my well-being. I focused on my fitness, and eventually attained my personal training certification.

In my early adulthood, I was faced with a difficult choice. I loved my job as a TV Producer but working full time as a producer meant that I can't focus on my passion for fitness and provide workout trainings. At the same time, people were consuming a lot more content online and I felt there was an opportunity in the market for me to start educating people by sharing workout videos, healthy recipes, fitness and nutrition tips to a much wider audience.

I took the courage and made the choice to leave my full-time job, bought myself a small video cam, some lights, began filming and producing YouTube content. For four years, I did everything on my own. Now, I'm blessed with a small team to assist me.

Take One day at a time. Every workout you do, every healthy meal you eat and every positive habit you practice on a DAILY basis, will shape the person you will eventually be.

Make it Fun. If you absolutely hate going to the gym, then don't! Keep trying different things and make it fun, because you should be looking forward to your workout, not dreading it!

Keep it simple! Mirror one of my 5 minute YouTube workout videos from the comfort of your own home, or even just set a goal of hitting 10,000 steps a day is a great start.

Find your focus, and move towards your goals! In order to achieve anything, you got to direct your focus and take the necessary actions and steps towards it. Don't think or worry about what will happen in a month or a year, just focus on doing what you can to get closer to where you want to be every single day. Remember, your focus determines your reality. I choose to focus on the possibilities for success, not on the potential for failures.

All of my artwork starts with the same step - finding inspirational moments. However, moments are fleeting and I want to be able to digest them at my own time. That's why Sony's RX100 V is crucial to my artwork creation process. It grants me the ability to capture moments easily, and revisit them. The camera's compact size and lightweight means that I am able to bring it along wherever I travel and capture great looking photos whenever I embark on a journey for inspiration. I am then able to draw inspiration from the photos I take and create an artwork.

I get inspired from any and all forms of life, be it from people passing by on the streets of Bangkok, my neighbourhood environment, or the traveling and diving trips that I go. I do get inspired a lot by my circle of friends. Their personalities and dressings often lead me to discover new things that can be applied to my artwork.

Often times, artists and illustrators can be pressured into changing our artwork drastically to appease another person's opinion. It takes time and effort to balance our own creativity and external influences, but always remember that there is an audience out there that appreciates the uniqueness of our art. Find your focus, and stay true to your artistic perspectives. So keep posting your artwork everywhere, there are people who put value into our art. Don't give up!

I am someone who loves taking a ton of selfies. Be it a selfie with a breathtaking scenery or fun wefies with my friends, the RX100 V handles my needs with ease. The camera's built-in Wi-Fi feature is extremely valuable to me. With my Instagram following, it's about delivering fresh, trendy and creative content at a quick turnaround. When I have difficulty accessing and sharing my photos and videos quickly, my audience's interest may quickly dissipate. With the Wi-Fi transfer, I am able to share content and interact with my audience swiftly, without compromising on photo and video quality.

I used to have difficulties capturing fast moving scenes, with the photos ending up blurry or missing the object entirely. With my RX100 V, these concerns have disappeared. The camera's 0.05 second Fast Autofocus allows me to capture interesting and fleeting moments, be it fast moving vintage cars during my travels to jump shot wefies with my close friends. Thanks to the RX100 V, I can draw novel inspiration from different photo perspectives and elevate my artwork further.

I have always been passionate about fashion since my early blogging days, keeping an eye out for interesting fashion and capturing photos with my RX100 cameras. Following the completion of my business & finance degree, my first job was working in a corporate bank. At that time, I lamented the fact that there was a lack of good, modern women's workwear choices. Coupled with my passion for fashion, I was inspired to start KLARRA, a Singapore homegrown fashion label that allows me to create womenswear that aims to add value to individuals and improving their quality of life.

As founder and creative director, I have a lot of freedom in terms of decision making. However, this can be a double-edged sword without finding focus. There are days that are filled with uncertainties and doubts, or times when I'm burned out due to irregular and prolonged working hours.

It wasn't easy to overcome these challenges early on as I was still discovering myself during the entrepreneurship journey. I learnt to play to my strengths while concurrently working to improve my weaknesses, and found healthy avenues to release stress and frustration. Aside from reading and running, I have a habit of revisiting heartwarming photos that I captured with my RX100 to remind me of how far I have come and the greater importance of staying focused.

Success starts with finding your focus. Knowing that what we do can directly impact on customers and create value for them. Knowing that there is a group of like-minded individuals supporting the brand and a passionate team working together. All these allow me to stay motivated, and to channel my energy to focus on my goal for KLARRA - to expand beyond the local market into a well-regarded regional womenswear fashion label.

I count myself as a loyal fan of Sony's RX100 series, having used the various editions of the camera for numerous years! From the very first generation of the RX100 to the recently released RX100 VI, I own them all and have shot tons of photos and videos for my social media. The RX100 cameras have also been instrumental with my work, be it capturing photos of fashion items, beautiful fabrics I come across, or individuals with a fashion sense that I feel inspired by.

Regardless of edition, one of the best things that has remained consistent about the RX100 series is how compact and small the cameras all are but still retaining the 1-inch large sensor that is unseen in smartphones. In the fashion industry, it is critical for me to capture a wide range of color palettes consistently. The dependable quality I know I will receive from the RX100 is what makes me return, and with every upcoming RX100 release I know that there will be groundbreaking features that I can look forward to explore.

With frequent work travels, I need a camera that can capture crisp and precise details in different locations under various conditions, which smartphones can have difficulties emulating. With a range of impressive features, my Sony RX100 VI does it all with the same compact convenience. The ability to capture far away objects with exceptional image quality used to be challenging, but the RX100 VI's new 8.3x zoom grants me the ability to capture great images from afar that I wouldn't have been able to.

Sony's RX100 VI also has great low light performance that allows me to take photos in darker settings with the same precise details as though it were day time. These amazing features coupled with the fact that the camera remains pocket sized, makes it an easy choice for me to opt for the RX100 VI every time.

One of my favorite feature of the RX100 VI is the touch focus and touch shutter, newly introduced to the series. Tapping the monitor to find my desired focus onto a particular object is very useful as it allows me to capture objects in different focus, and the ability to touch shutter allows me to take photos with comfort and convenience.

Another RX100 VI feature I regularly use is the tilt screen. Unlike earlier editions of the RX100, I am now able to tilt 90-degrees downwards, which has proven to be extremely useful for my flat-lay shots. Be it an arrangement of fashion equipment or a range of colorful clothing materials, I capture thematic flat-lays with ease and retaining the original texture of the objects on shoot.
