1. AUTO PRODUCT REGISTRATION

1.1 Auto Product Registration is a product warranty registration service for My Sony Rewards Members. You agree to consent to the processing of your personal information to process the product and warranty registration, including such warranty record in your My Sony Member account.

1.2 If you purchase the product through Sony Store Online (Singapore), from Sony Stores in Singapore, or from other authorised retailers while using a voucher/promotion/code you received from/through My Sony Rewards, your product will be automatically registered for a warranty. The Extended Warranty as set out in the table below will also apply to product warranty registration made under Auto Product Registration service.

1.3 The Auto Product Registration service does not apply to PlayStation® products or the products which have no warranty as stated in the support webpage. No partial product registration is allowed.

1.4 We will take up to 8 days after the date of delivery to process the registration, after which your warranty for the relevant product will be reflected in your My Sony Rewards account.
