Why can't DVgate Plus 2.3 process MPEG files of Dolby Digital audio?

DVgate Plus 2.3 cannot process MPEG files of Dolby Digital audio.

DVgate Plus processes MPEG files of Dolby Digital audio depending on the Dolby Digital licenses it has.

Please refer to the steps below to confirm the license status.
1. In the menu bar, click Help and click License Info.

2. The current license status is displayed.
