USB devices of PCG-Z1* and PCG-Z1R* are not properly recognized.
The USB device is not normally recognized in the following cases:
1. Connecting a USB device to USB port 1 or 2.
2. Connecting and disconnecting a USB device.
Install USB Rollup Package (KB822603) using Microsoft Windows Update.
