Why can't the Blu-ray disc (BD) movie AutoPlay on a Windows XP computer?
Blu-ray disc (BD) movie cannot AutoPlay on a Windows XP computer.
A BD movie will not automatically play the movie on an inserted disc in Windows XP. Users have to manually start WinDVD BD to play your BD title. This behavior is by design.

Users need a BD-capable drive to playback BD movies. Refer to the online specifications to determine if the VAIO computer is equipped with a BD drive.

Before troubleshooting BD playback symptoms, ensure that VAIO Update is performed for the latest updates for the VAIO computer.
