When on a phone call, the voice of the other party is low or cannot be heard.

    When this issue occurs, check the following.

    • Check that both the headset and the connected device are turned on.
    • Turn up the volume of the connected device.
    • Disconnect then reconnect the Bluetooth device.
      NOTE: Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
    • While listening to music with the headset, when you receive a call, first stop the music playback and then tap the touch sensor twice quickly on the left or right unit to answer the incoming call.
