We recently learnt that the following TV models can show some symptoms, such as not being able to be switched on/off in a certain mode. These symptoms can be resolved via a software update. The customers with the affected models are kindly asked to check the serial number of their TV and contact our service centre.

Please check the model name and the serial number mentioned in the manual or on the back of your TV.
The following symptoms have been confirmed to occur when the subject TVs are viewed for more than 1,200 cumulative hours :
①The TV cannot be switched off when the power is in “on” mode, or the TV cannot be switched on when it is in “Standby” mode.
②It is not possible to change the input mode
The aforementioned symptoms will be resolved via a software update.
3. Method of software update
