We'd like to announce that there is an LCD panel issue affecting the BRAVIA LCD TV KDL-55HX950 and KDL-55HX955 marketed since October 2012, where the symptoms described below may appear on its LCD panel.
As such, the in-warranty terms for the above-mentioned model for such symptom will be extended until September 30, 2017.

If the diagnosis of the issue is indicated as the affected LCD Panel failure, the treatment will be applied by following our internal procedure, even if in-warranty period has expired.
