The picture is distorted or the picture and sound are out of sync while screen mirroring is being used.

The following suggestions define what is causing the distorted picture or out of sync video and audio when using the Screen Mirroring feature of your TV.

    • The Screen Mirroring feature uses the 2.4 GHz frequency signal for the wireless connection. Since this signal frequency encounters a lot of interference and noisy environments, packet collision may sometimes occur. Even though we have implemented noise-reducing countermeasures to improve the image quality, our TV software cannot guarantee that there is no packet loss during transmissions.
    • Wireless devices, such as a router, cordless phone, wireless TV receiver, radio, wireless camera, Bluetooth device, or microwave, emit strong radio waves that may disrupt Screen Mirroring performance. We recommend that these wireless devices be placed far from the TV and mobile phone while performing Screen Mirroring.
    • Try to change the band setting  in Screen Mirroring. Band Setting is configration of connection frequency which is defined by Wi-Fi Standard. Default value is CH11. Modify this value only if the connection quality is not good. The recommended channels are CH1, CH6, or CH11.
    • Try another mobile device or restart the mobile device if the connection is lost or if the mirrored screen is still distorted or out of sync.
