The NFC function does not work for one-touch backup.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Make sure that the smartphone or tablet supports NFC.
- If the smartphone is enclosed in a case or skin, remove it.
- Turn on the NFC function from the menu of the smartphone or tablet.
- Touch the NFC logo
on the smartphone or tablet against the NFC logo
on the Personal Content Station.
NOTE: The NFC function will not work if the smartphone or tablet screen is locked.
