The Personal Content Station (PCS), does not turn off after pressing the power button.
Not able to turn off PCS.
The power button may not respond when the power should not be turned off, such as when the system software is being updated. Wait for a while and try again.
To force the PCS to turn off, hold down the power button for 5 seconds.
WARNING: Only do this method when it's necessary. This method is not recommended because it might damage the data stored in the PCS.
