How to reset the TV to the original factory settings?

KLV-32W400A, KLV-40W400A, KLV-46W400A, KLV-52W400A

Question

Reset the TV to the original factory settings.

Answer

  1. On the remote, select MENU.
  2. The menu displays on the TV.
  3. Use the left/right/up/down button on the remote to select Settings >  Set-up > Factory Settings
  4. You will be prompted with a message "Do you want to restore Factory Settings?".

    Select OK to reset all settings to factory settings.
    Note: After completing this process, the initial set-up screen is displayed.


    Select Cancel to return to previous menu.
