Why is it not possible to connect to the network even though a network cable was connected?

Question:

Unable to connected to the network even though a network cable was connected.

Answer:

Please check the following items:

  1. In Address setting, if the user sees (), try Address setting, again.
    Regarding the setup method, click on the related link given below.

  2. If the user is using a modem which is not equipped with a router function, the user cannot use it even if he is able to connect to a directory. To resolve this, provide a router.

  3. In some condominiums, the user cannot connect the GIGA JUKE to the Internet. For detail, please kindly consult the Internet condominium controller or provider.
