How come the unit does not recognize the USB storage?

NAC-HD1E, NAS-50HDE, NAS-S55HDE

Question

The unit does not recognize the USB storage.

Answer

Retry with the following methods.

  • Disconnect and reconnect the USB storage.

  • Exchange the USB connecting jack of the unit from the front connector to rear, or vice versa.

  • Turn off/on the unit power.
