Why is it not possible to connect a wireless LAN to Network at times?

Question

Unable to connect a wireless LAN to Network at times.

Answer

The access point (wireless LAN router) firmware may have some problems. Check if the access point firmware is on the latest version, or not.

If the access point firmware is already on the latest version, please refer the following items:

  • Review the unit Network settings.

  • Press and hold the () button. After which, press the Power button to reset and restart the unit.

  • Disconnect the access point power cord.
