What does this download do?

This program will upgrade VAIO Edit Components Program to Version 6.6.00.06130 and the following are supported in this upgrade version:
1. Support of Windows Vista SP2
2. Support of Exporting AVCHD High Speed Software Encoding
3. Improvement of High Quality SD to HD Upconversion

Please take note of the following before installing this upgrade program:
1. Supported VAIO models which installed VAIO Edit Components 5.0 or above.
2. This installer only supports Premiere Pro CS3/Premiere Pro 2.0/Premiere Elements 7/Premiere Elements 4/Premiere Elements 3.0/Premiere Elements 2.0. This cannot be installed in the old version of Premiere.
