- VAIO which comes with Windows XP SP2 on the unit can be directly upgraded to SP3.
- VAIO which comes with Windows XP SP1 or SP1a on the unit can be directly upgraded to SP3. After upgrading to SP3, it is required to install the related drivers for SP2 upgrade. Please click here for more information.
- If SP is not available on the unit, please upgrade to SP1 or SP1a first. Click here for the SP1/SP1a upgrade page to install the related patches. - Right-click My Computer and select Properties.
