The Sony 3LCD Technology captures colour images with heightened impact & efficiency. Light signals are divided into its pure Red, Green & Blue primary colour components by dichroic mirrors, & these are reflected onto 0.87-inch WXGA LCD panels within the Optical Unit.
Auto Focus
Need to take clear close-ups? The Auto Focus function will give you sharp images as close as 10cm, perfect for viewing notes, timetables or even picture memos. The system tries to create as clear an image as possible.
3LCD projectors separate white light from the projection lamp into red, green and blue primary colours. Each colour is shone through individual LCD panels (made of high-temperature polysilicon, known as HTPS) that give definition and movement to the projected image.
Component Interface

Intelligent Auto Setup
Ready to present? Just turn on the power, and your projector initiates a host of sophisticated functions. The previous setting of each function is held in memory and recalled automatically.
With the built-in scan converter, projectors can accept a wide range of signals from both PC (VGA up to SXGA+) via a HD-15 input and video (component, composite, S-Video) input signals, giving you more flexibility when connecting to different input devices.
With 3LCD technology, the three primary colours of red, green and blue are carefully controlled and recombined to give accurate colour reproduction.
