Overview
The BWU-200S Blu-Ray Disc recordable/ rewritable drive is the next generation of optical storage with an emphasis on High Definition video playback, High Definition gaming and information storage.
The drive can record up to four hours of 1080 Full HD Video or up to 50GB of data on BD-R/ RE discs at up to 4X speed. The drive can also record 8.5GB/ 4.7GB DVDs and common rewritable CDs to provide you with the best of all worlds.
Blu-Ray Disc is backed by all the major Hollywood studios and most electronics and computer makers, making it the natural successor of DVD in the High Definition arena.

Supports various recording format
Supports recording both 50GB and 25GB BD-R (write once) and BD-RE (rewritable) discs, as well as 4.7 GB DVD+R/ +RW/ RAM, 8.5 GB DVD+R Double/ Dual Layer, and CD-R/-RW discs.
High capacity storage
Up to 4 hours of 1080 HD video can be stored on a single dual layer 50GB BD disc, a perfect solution for keeping your High Definition video shot on an HDV camcorder in native HD.
