Lifetime Limited Warranty
Sony Electronics Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., ("Sony") warrants this product ("Product") against defects in material or workmanship for its normal life. If Sony finds the product contains any such defect, Sony will at its option, either replace the product at no charge or refund the purchase price shown on your receipt or provide a repair in circumstances where investigation of the reported problem proves that the product was defective or of unmerchantable quality at the time of sale. Problems due to ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by hardware or inappropriate use of the product will not entitle you to repair, replacement or refund. To obtain warranty service, please contact the local Sony office in your location.
REPLACEMENT, REPAIR OR REFUND OF THIS PRODUCT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. SONY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT OR FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION ON THIS PRODUCT.
Some countries/jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country in Asia Pacific region. This limited warranty shall be applicable only to Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, People's Republic of China, Hong Kong SAR, Republic of The Philippines, India, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, Taiwan and South Korea.
