How to resolve if the player does not eject the disc?

Please follow the procedures below:

  1. Turn off the player, and disconnect the AC power cord.
  2. Press Play + Eject button, plug in AC power and hold until the tray open.
  3. Remove the disc.
  4. Once the disc is removed, disconnect and reconnect the AC power cord to recover the player.
